Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that father of the petitioner had purchased land from one Venutai Venkatrao Bhosale. The respondents are referring to the appointment given to Devidas Vyankat Bhosale. The petitioner is not concerned with the same. Father of the petitioner is issued with Project Affected Person Certificate individually..

We have heard Mr. Navandar, learned counsel for respondent No.4 and learned AGP also.

The petitioner may produce copy of sale deed before the respondent authority. Upon production of copy of the sale deed as well as 7/12 extract alongwith Award, the respondent authority shall consider the application of the

petitioner afresh on its own merits, preferably within three moths from the date of receipt of documents. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
