The petitioner is claiming renewal of licence to trade fire arms under the Arms Act, 2016. It is being pointed out that the District Magistrate, Nanded, by a communication dated 27/01/2021, has forwarded all the correspondence to the State Government which annexures Page Nos.1 to 53.

The writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.1 to take appropriate decision in accordance with law on the proposal
