Learned AGP accepts notice for respondents 1, 2 and 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that in the year 2012, the Management forwarded the proposal seeking promotional pay scale to the petitioner (Exh.C page 19), however, no decision has been taken upon it by Respondent No.3- Project officer. 3.

The learned AGP states that in case the said proposal/application is pending, the Authority would take decision upon it on it own merits. In the light of that, we pass following order:

O R D E R

Respondent No.3 shall take decision respect of the 1/2

05.odt proposal forwarded by the Management about pay scale of the petitioner (Exh.C page 19), in case the same is pending before it, on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within six months. 4.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
