Heard the rival submissions.

The applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 1375 days in filing the appeal which appears to be caused due to his financial crises.

The learned AGP for the respondent-State strongly opposed the application on the ground that the delay is not properly explained. The Acquiring Body though served but remained absent. 4.

However, considering the statutory rights of the applicant, the delay of 1375 days stands condoned subject to

29ca3210.21 condition that the applicant shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid delayed period. Appeal be placed for admission after removal of office objections if any. Application accordingly disposed of.
