The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, since the year 2016 validation proceeding of the petitioner is pending. The petitioner has passed banker's examination. Validity certificate is required for further process.

Issue notice to respondents. The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for all respondents. 3.

In case, the validation proceeding in respect of caste claim of the petitioner is pending with the Committee, then the Committee may decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period four (04) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 14.02.2022.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
