I have heard the learned Counsel for the applicants and non-applicants in both the civil applications. 2.

The Civil Application No.4945/2010 is not been considered at this stage since the interim relief has been granted on 16.09.2009 and the civil application has been filed on 12.01.2010. Hence the Civil Application No. 4945/2010 is rejected. 3.

The Civil Application No. 5075/2014 is allowed for the reasons set out in the application. List Writ Petition No. 6182/2009 for final hearing on 07.04.2016.
