We have heard learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader. Even otherwise the averments sought to be introduced can be controverted by the Respondents. The petition is not yet admitted. 4.

In light of that, the Civil Application seeking amendment is allowed in terms of prayer clauses B and C. Necessary amendment be carried out within fourteen (14) days.
