This application is for cancellation of bail granted by Additional Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar by order dated 23rd December, 2022, in Criminal M. A. No. 1955/2022 in connection with Crime No. 385/2022 registered with Supa Police Station, Tq. Parner, Dist. Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under Sections 294, 323, 452, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

From the application, applicant seems to have grievance in respect of manner in which the order came to be passed. There is no dispute about the fact that now charge-sheet is fled.

Prima facie perusal of record shows that no malafdes can be attributed to the Judge who has passed the order in question. Having regard to the First Information Report and charge-sheet, there is no propriety in cancelling the bail of respondents/accused at this stage.
