After hearing on merits, when learned APP pointed out that charge is already framed in January, 2025, this Court is not inclined to enter into the merits of the matter as there are prospects of conclusion of trial in near future. However, considering long list of witnesses, date of filing of chargesheet as June, 2024, if trial is not concluded within six months, applicant is at liberty to file fresh application for bail. 2.

In view of above, learned counsel for applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the application with aforesaid liberty. 3.

Permission is granted. Application is disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
