The only grievance made in these petitions is for issuance of tribe certificates in its proper name. The tribe certificates are issued to the petitioners as 'Koli Mahadeo'. In fact the tribe recognized in the Presidential Order is 'Koli Mahadev'. The petitioners are already issued with the tribe certificates of 'Koli Mahadeo', however, the spelling is wrongly written in the said certificates.

We have also heard learned Assistant Government Pleader. 4.

We pass following order.

The Sub Divisional Officer/respondent No.2 shall issue the tribe certificates to the petitioners as 'Koli Mahadev' scheduled tribe, expeditiously in form 'C'.
