At flag A stating therein that the sole respondent Raje Jaikrishnarao Jagjivanrao (Deshmukh) has died on 8th April 2011. The copy of death certificate is filed on record. Thereafter no steps have been taken by the appellant for bringing the legal heirs of deceased respondent. In view of the above the appeal against respondent stand abated.
