Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties.

Delay of 2026 days has occurred in filing the present appeals. At the outset, it was brought to the notice of the Court that, the original claimants have already preferred the appeals seeking enhancement in the amount of compensation and all

In view of the fact as aforesaid, the learned Counsel appearing for the original claimants has not seriously opposed for condoning the delay and to take up these matters for hearing along with the appeals filed by the claimants seeking enhancement in the amount of compensation. 3.

In view of the submissions so made, the following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) Delay caused in filing these appeals is condoned. The appeals be registered in accordance with law. Civil Applications for condonation of delay stand disposed of. (ii) After registration of the appeals, issue notice to the respondents. Learned AGP Shri Phule waives service of notice for the respondent - State and learned Counsel Shri Sonawane waives service of notice for respondents - Original claimants. Service complete.

(iii) These appeals be tagged with First Appeal Nos.2546 of 2011, 2547 of 2011 and 2548 of 2011 and list all these matters for final disposal on 16.01.2019.
