This petition is preferred challenging the order passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Sangamner on an application below Exh. 123 in Regular Civil Suit No. 1380/2015. The learned Judge by way of impugned order has rejected an application of the petitioner - original plaintiff No. 9 for appointment of Commissioner to measure the land. The learned Trial Court has observed that, the evidence of the plaintiff and defendant is yet to be recorded. The application is at premature stage.

This Court does not find any reason calling for interference in the order passed by the learned Trial Court. The petitioners can file an application at appropriate stage.
