So far as the order of issuance of notice to the appellant is concerned, Mr Joshi has filed appearance for the appellant, as such the service is complete. Hence, the said objection is waived. 2.

The appellant undertakes to take appropriate steps for service of respondent No.3 and shall make endeavour to complete the service on the said respondent within period of four weeks. 3.

Office is directed to issue fresh notice to respondent No.3, returnable within four weeks thereafter. Notice be served by alternate mode of service i.e. by R.P.A.D. in addition to regular mode of service. 4.

The appellant to furnish the paper-book of the appeal within eight weeks from today.

Failure to serve the respondent No.3 and failing to file paperbook within the stipulated period will result into dismissal of the appeals without reference to the Court.
