Learned counsel for the applicant submits that during pendency of criminal application no.1789 of 2021, chargesheet has been submitted. Criminal application no.102 of 2022 has been fled to amend the application to seek quashing of the proceedings.

In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the application, criminal application no.102 of 2022 is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Criminal application accordingly disposed off.
