Mr.Patil, the learned counsel submits that the petitioner has filed appeal before respondent no.2 Additional Commissioner against the order dated 8/1/2014 passed by Chief Executive Officer suspending petitioner in service and also compulsorily retiring the petitioner. However, for one year the said appeal is not considered. 2] The learned AGP states that in case said appeal is pending with respondent no.2, respondent no.2 will decide the said appeal on its own merits expeditiously.

3] In light of that, we pass following order :

a] Respondent no.2 shall decide the appeal filed by petitioner against order passed by respondent no.3 if pending, on its own merits in accordance with
