PER COURT :- 1.
The applicant is the petitioner. The Writ Petition was refused registration by the order of the Registrar, dated 3.11.2014, for the reason that the petitioner failed to remove office objections. 2.
The applicant by this application prays for condonation of 86 days' delay in filing this application and further prays that the order of the Registrar, dated 3.11.2014, be set aside. The petitioner undertakes to remove all office objections.

Learned AGP on behalf of the State opposes the application. 4.
For the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed. Delay of 86 days is condoned, subject to costs of Rs.1,000/- to be deposited by the applicant with the Advocates Association's Bar Library, High Court, Bench at Aurangabad, within a period of two weeks from today. After depositing the costs, the order of Registrar, dated 3.11.2014, shall stand set aside and thereafter, the petitioner shall remove all office objections within three weeks. After compliance of these directions, the Writ Petition shall be registered.
