The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that though there are 3 representations addressed to the respondents on 06.07.2017, 23.03.2021 and 20.12.2021, the representation addressed to respondent No.1 and copy of which is supplied to respondent No.2 dated 23.03.2021, may be decided.

The learned AGP submits that such representation has to be considered by respondent No.2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We expect respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 23.03.2021, in consultation with respondent No.1, on it's own merits, on or before 15.02.2023. Needless to state, respondent No.2 may seek the guidance of respondent No.1, expeditiously, so as to arrive at a decision on the representation within the timeline granted by this Court. It goes without saying that a reasoned order would be passed on the said representation.
