We have heard learned advocate for the petitioners, learned AGP, the learned advocate for the respondent - Zilla Parishad and the management as well as the union.

Writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents, particularly respondent no. 4 - Education Officer and the Zilla Parishads concerned, to undertake the process, scrutinize the petitioners' claims and if they are found entitled to have the reimbursement, shall process it as expeditiously as possible and in any

2 WP / 840 / 2025 case within six weeks. If and to the extent the petitioner/s or any of them are found entitled to have reimbursement, respondents no. 1 to 4 shall take immediate steps for releasing the money within six weeks thereafter.
