The objection notified by the office is that the notice issued to the respondent - sole returned unserved as reported to be dead. The bailiff report dated 19th August 2014, clearly indicates that the respondent Prahlad Baliram Belsare, has expired on 24th October 2010. There is a sole respondent. No steps have been taken by the appellant to bring on record the legal heirs if any of the respondent. None is present on behalf of the appellant. All these go to show that the appellant is not really interested in taking steps and to remove objection notified by the office. In the result, I proceed to pass following order.

The appeal against respondent - Sole stand abated and dismissed.
