1) The application is filed by original respondents for giving permission to make correction in the name of original respondent No.2 - Musher Khan s/o Akbar Khan and the name is to corrected to make it "Master Sameer @ Musheer Khan S/o Akbar Khan". Learned counsel for the present applicants submitted that other side counsel Shri. M.G. Mustafa has informed him that he has no objection to make such correction.

2) In view of this submission made, Criminal Application No.127 of 2017 is allowed. Correction is to be made.

2 Cr Application 127/2017 3) Learned counsel for present applicants also informed that learned counsel Shri. M.G. Mustafa wants early hearing of the matter. So list the main matter for final hearing on 8 February 2017 in urgent category. 4) Learned counsel wants to produce two demand drafts towards maintenance amount. They are to be accepted by the office.
