Though Mr. Thigle, tried to impress upon this Court for need to order an enquiry in the matter of processing of tender, we are not convinced to show any indulgence in the extra ordinary jurisdiction of this Court, particularly, when the tender in question is already re-advertised and fresh offers are invited. That being so, petition stands dismissed.
