In view of earlier orders passed in the identical matters, the applicant in this civil application is permitted to withdraw the amount subject to the outcome of writ petition, on furnishing solvent surety to the extent of amount to be withdrawn so also to file undertaking to the effect that in the event the petition is allowed, the applicant is required to deposit the amount within a period of 8 (eight) weeks from the date of such order.
