1) Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that the original complainant wants to file appropriate proceeding in Sessions Court in view of proviso to Section 372 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and he has information that the State is also likely to file appeal against the acquittal. The State appeal will also lie in Sessions Court in view of provision of Section 378(1) (a) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The criminal revision is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
