Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the parties have settled the matter before the mediator. Pursis to that effect is filed before the mediator and further steps are required to be taken in terms of settlement.

Since the matter is settled between the parties, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. However, for any reason if the pursis filed is not acted upon or there is any problem with regard to the acceptance of settlement, liberty is granted to the parties to apply for restoration of the present writ petition.
