The applicants and the respondent no.2 are personally present along with their respective Advocates. The dispute arises out of a matrimonial discord. Both the sides have agreed to seek divorce by mutual consent. A petition has been filed which is pending before the Family Court at Latur. They have filed separate affidavits duly notarized regarding settlement.
