PER COURT :

Applicant is convicted with following sentences :- i) Simple imprisonment for three years and to pay fne of Rs. 1,000/-, in default simple imprisonment for one month for the offence punishable under Section 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

ii) Simple imprisonment for one year and to pay fne of Rs. 1,000/-, in default simple imprisonment for one month for the offence punishable under Section 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

- 2 - iii) Fine of Rs. 1,000/-, in default simple imprisonment for one month for the offence punishable under Section 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

iv) Simple imprisonment for one year and to pay fne of Rs. 1,000/-, in default to suffer simple imprisonment for one month for the offence punishable under Section 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Fine amount is paid. Considering the quantum of sentence, substantive sentence is suspended till disposal of the appeal. Hence the following order :-

ORDER

i) Application is allowed.

ii) Applicant be released on PR Bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount.

iii) Bail before the Trial Court.
