After hearing learned Counsels for both sides for substantial time and when this Court has shown disinclination to cause interference in the impugned order, learned Counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the Petition. He however contends that withdrawal of the Petition shall not preclude Petitioners from taking any steps in accordance with law in connection with the issue in question.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
