Mr. Kulkarni, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the Tribunal has allowed the original application of the petitioner and has reinstated the petitioner, however, without backwages. The learned counsel submits that, the petitioner has given representation for grant of higher pay scale, as juniors to the petitioner are getting more pay scale than the petitioner. 2.
We have also heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader, who accepts notice for all respondents. 3.
In case representation (Exhibit - F) is pending with the
