Learned counsel Mr Shinde for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not deposit the amount within the extended period also, as directed by this Court. 2.

We have also heard Mr More, learned counsel for respondent no.4 3.

We had extended the time to deposit the amount of Rs.4,90,000/- by one week on 20.2.2020 and we had also passed orders that if the amount is not deposited within one week, the interim protection granted shall automatically stand vacated. The petitioner did not deposit the amount during the extended period also. 4.

As the petitioner has not shown bona fides of depositing the amount and complied the orders of the Court, no further relief needs to be granted to the petitioner.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
