1) The petitioner is objecting to enrollment of name of Respondent No.5 in the electoral voters roll. The process of election has been set in motion. The list of voters has ahas been finalized and as such, the voters need not be restrained by an order of injunction from exercising their right to cast vote. We do not deem it appropriate to cause interference in the writ petition in exercise of powers under Article 226 of Constitution of India. Writ Petition is rejected. It would be open for the petitioner to avail of the remedies available in law, as and when occasion arises.
