DATE: 22nd February, 2019 PER COURT:- Heard Smt.C.S.Shinde holding for Shri R.K.Ashtekar, learned Counsel appearing for the applicants in application for withdrawal. Perused the impugned Judgment and grounds of objection raised in exception to the said Judgment. In view of above, the following order is passed:-

{2} CA 3049 OF 2019 & ORS

ORDER

I) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 60% of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

II) Balance 40% amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any Nationalized Bank for a period till disposal of the appeals.

III) Civil applications for withdrawal of the amount stand disposed of.

IV) Stand over to 08.03.2019 for consideration of other civil applications.
