PER COURT:- 1.

Mrs. Dhumal, learned counsel for petitioners submits that from the same project some of the persons had filed Reference under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act. The enhance amount of compensation is granted. The petitioners have filed representation with respondents to grant similar compensation to petitioners.

The petitioner are agriculturist.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 to 3.

The petitioners had not filed any Reference nor petitioners avail the opportunity to file an application under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act. In that event, no orders can be passed in favour of petitioners.

According to the learned counsel for petitioners, petitioners have filed representation to the authority.

It is for the petitioners to prosecute the representation as may be permissible under law. 6.

Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
