The petitioners are taking exception to the decision of the respondent - scrutiny committee, refusing to validate the petitioners' 'Koli Mahadev' Scheduled Tribe certificates.

Incidentally, the impugned order is common order in the matter of six individuals, including the petitioners and one Unmesh Yoganand Gandhale and Shailesh Yoganand Gandhale. By order dated 16.02.2022, in writ petition No. 1197 of 2022, this court has already quashed and set aside the selfsame order to their extent and

wp683.22 -2being a common order, no different view is permissible to be taken by this bench.

For the reasons recorded in the matter of Unmesh and Shailesh, the writ petition is allowed partly. 5.

The impugned order is quashed and set aside even to the extent of the present petitioners.

The respondent - committee shall immediately issue tribe validity certificates to the petitioners as belonging to 'Koli Mahadev' scheduled tribe in the prescribed format. The validities shall be subject to the final outcome of the matters which the committee has decided to re-open.
