It is submitted that after the order is passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal in Original Application No.263 of 2006, the petitioner is informed on 16.08.2019 that the proposal for granting deemed date to the petitioner is forwarded to respondent No.1 for sanction.

In case the proposal as is referred in the communication dated 16.08.2019 for grant of deemed date to the petitioner is forwarded to respondent No.1 and the same is pending with it, then respondent No.1 shall give decision thereon on its own merits expeditiously and preferably

wp608-2020 within four months. With these directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
