Learned Counsel Mr Warma submits that respondent no.4 was appointed as Safai Kamgar on 9.9.2019.

In view of that Mr Nagori, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh one assailing the appointment.
