It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Counsel for the Respondents that the decision has to be taken by the Deputy Director of Education. However, in Paragraph No. 7 it is stated that the documents be submitted with the Education Officer. The same ought to be Deputy Director of Education.

In the light of above, in Paragraph No. 7 of order dated 19.01.2022 in Writ Petition No. 1018 of 2022 instead of Education Officer the same be substituted and corrected as Deputy Director of Education.

Motion accordingly stands disposed of.
