This Court had recorded the statement of Mr. A.S. Deshmukh, learned Advocate for respondent No. 1 on 05-03-2015 that all the appellants have passed away. In fact, the file indicates that the third appellant has passed away and the matter was abated by order dated 18-12-2012. Shri Kale, learned Advocate for appellants made a statement that he will take steps within two weeks.

Shri Kale further seeks time. As such, the learned Advocate for the applicant to take appropriate steps within a period of two weeks, failing which the statement of Shri A.S. Deshmukh, would be accepted and the Second Appeal shall then abate without further reference to this Court.
