The application is filed for grant of anticipatory bail. Both the sides are heard. This Court has perused the papers of investigation.

The injury certificate shows that a swelling was found over left ankle joint and there was a fracture of Nevicular bone. The injury is described as grievous. He was admitted in the hospital on 23rd December, 2014, the date of the incident. Allegations are made against the applicants and one Avinash. Avinash drove vehicle at him to finish him. His one leg came under the vehicle

-:(2):- and he sustained aforesaid injury. There are statements of other witnesses to the effect that the applicants were present on the spot. The main allegations are against Avinash. The information of motor accident was given to hospital, though it was given by other person. In view of the nature of allegations, this Court holds that protection needs to be given to the applicants.

In the result, the application is allowed. Interim bail granted in favour of the applicants is confirmed. 4.

The applicants are to visit the concerned police station on coming two Sundays between 09.00 a.m. and 12.00 p.m. and cooperate the police during investigation.

Learned counsel for the applicants is allowed to make amendment in the name of Applicant No.3 to make it "Swapnil Vishnu Deshmukh" in place of "Swapnil Vishnu Kakde". Writ is to be issued accordingly. [T. V. NALAWADE, J.] Dt.28/01/2015 ans/147
