The petitioner is already protected under the orders of this Court dated 22.02.2018 in Writ Petition No. 2143 of 2018. In the said writ petition directions were given to the committee to decide the proceeding within a period of four (04) months and till the proceeding is decided, the protection is granted to the services of the petitioner. The respondent employer was granted liberty to take action in tune with the judgment that would be delivered by the committee in the validation proceeding.

It is submitted that the vigilance is already over. We are extending the time to decide the validation proceeding by the committee as directed under order dated 22.02.2018 in Writ Petition No. 2143 of 2018 by three (03) months. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 29.01.2020. 3.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
