Above application is filed at the instance of complainant for cancellation of bail granted to the applicant by Special Court on 20.12.2023 in Crime No.273 of 2023 registered at Wadod Bazar Police Station, Tq. Phulambri for offence punishable under sections 354, 354-D, 376(2)(n), 506 of Indian Penal Code and section 4 and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Learned counsel for the applicant pointed out that, above application was for cancellation of bail granted by trial court on various grounds. However, he fairly submitted that, now charge-sheet is already filed.

Considering the above, charge-sheet having filed, as nothing survives in this matter, application is therefore disposed off as infructuous.
