ORDER:

Under the present application applicants seek permission to withdraw the amount alongwith accrued interest deposited in this Court. Mr. Bajaj, the learned Advocate submits that Applicant Nos. 2 to 4 desired that amount deposited before this Court be allowed to be withdrawn by applicant No.1 and the amount be transferred in her bank account. 2.

The present application, on behalf of the applicants, is filed by Sanjay Dinkar Surve, the power of attorney holder of the applicants. Copy of the power of attorney is placed on record. Said Sanjay Dinkar Surve is identified by the Advocate in the application. 3.

Mr. Bajaj, the learned Advocate submits that the Applicant Nos. 2 to 4 do not have any objection if the entire amount is deposited in the account of applicant no.1. Learned counsel for the original appellants also

ca1275-21fa1317 do not not have any objection for allowing the present applicants to withdraw the amount.

In light that the applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the original appellants before this Court along-with accrued interest, if any, and the said amount be transmitted to the Bank Account of applicant No.1.

Civil application accordingly disposed of.
