In view of the fact that charge-sheet is

cra131.17 already filed, learned counsel appearing for the Applicants seeks leave to withdraw this Application with liberty to take out appropriate remedy available for filing application for discharge. Leave granted. The Criminal Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

However we make it clear that liberty granted today will be available for Applicants only for four weeks from today. If application for discharge is filed within four weeks from today, the concerned Court to decide the said application on its own merits as expeditiously as possible, however within six weeks from filing such application.
