By order dated 19th January, 2023, both second appeals are admitted. There was common order passed in Civil Application No.588 of 2023 in Second Appeal No.11 of 2023 and Civil Application No. 589 of 2023 in Second Appeal No.12 of 2023, 1/3
however, in the order only prayer clause "A" of Civil Application No.588 of 2023 is reproduced. Since interim relief is granted in terms of prayer clause "A" in respect of both the civil applications, paragraph no.2 of order dated 19th January, 2023 to be corrected as follows :- " 2.
Since both the Second Appeals are admitted, there will be interim stay in terms of prayer clause "A" in Civil Application No. 588 of 2023 in Second Appeal No. 11 of 2023, which reads thus :

The Hon'ble Court may be pleased to stay the effect and operation of the judgment of lower appellate Court in RCA No.71 of 2021 dated 13.10.2022 passed by the learned District Judge VIIth at Aurangabad.
AND in Civil Application No. 589 of 2023 in Second Appeal No.12 of 2023, which reads thus :

The Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to stay the effect and operation of Judgment and Decree of lower Appellate Court in R.C.A. No.46/2018 dated 13.10.2022 passed by the learned District Judge VIIth at Aurangabad."
