Heard Mr.Salunke, learned counsel for the Petitioners. Mr.Ghute Patil, learned counsel for Respondent No.2 states that the order pursuant to which the present contempt petition is filed, has been withdrawn by Respondent No.2. The said order was passed due to misreading of the communication issued by the Registry of this Court. Same was bonafide and not deliberate.

The learned counsel for the Petitioners states that in that case the Petitioners be awarded costs. The explanation is given that the said order was passed due to misrepresentation of the communication issued by the Registry of this Court. It has also been stated that the same was unintentional. Respondent No.2 has tendered unconditional apology for the same. The said apology is accepted.
