ORDER :

The applicant has moved this application seeking early date of final hearing of the Appeal for the reasons set out in the application and particularly the reason stated in para No. 4 that the applicant is going to be retired in the year 2018. The applicant was acquitted by the trial Court. The Appeal is preferred by the State as against the Judgment and Order of acquittal.

In my view, no case is made out to entertain the request for early hearing. The Appeals of the year 2000 onwards are pending before the Court. I am, therefore, not inclined to entertain the application. 3.
