Heard respective counsels. The Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Latur has filed Mediation Report dated 27.11.2014. It is reported that the matters were referred to Civil Judge, Sr. Division, Nilanga for mediation. The parties to the petition have resolved their disputes amicably in the process of mediation. In view of this the prayers in the petition would become infructuous. Learned Counsel for the petitioner and the respondent have filed a joint pursis that the parties have amicably settled their disputes and
