Heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

In 2011, respondent No.4 Chief Executive Officer, after Inquiry punished the present petitioner, an Assistant Teacher, with stoppage to two

In 2018, representation is made by the petitioner to the Chief Executive Officer to withdraw the said order, perhaps based on his exoneration in a second inquiry against him.

The claim is, respondent No.4 Chief Executive Officer has not decided the revision.

When confronted on the issue of delay, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to pursue the revision before respondent No.4 Chief Executive Officer. Writ Petition stands dismissed accordingly.
