When we expressed our disinclination to grant any relief in favour of the applicants, the learned advocate for the applicants, on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the criminal application with liberty to apply for discharge. The criminal application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for only to the applicant Nos. 1, 3 and 4.

The learned advocate for the applicants submits that the application to the extent of applicant No. 2 has been filed erroneously. He had already made such an attempt by filing Criminal Application No. 7146 of 2016. He therefore on

2 cri appln 166.23 corrected instructions seeks leave to withdraw the application to his extent simplicitor.

The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn to his extent.
