The learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that the respondent/committee would decide the proposal of the petitioner within a period of six months.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2/scrutiny committee to decide the petitioner's proposal within a period of six months. Her service shall stand protected for a period of six months.
